Description
Big birds, twists & balances make up this energising 60-minute session - which is structured as a course of five classes. There are lots of challenges. We move swiftly, so you will learn to be physical and mentally alert. But don't be afraid to wobble. Heidi gives clear instructions - and there are always gentler options so you build your strength and flexibility safely. This practice is STRONG but light-hearted.
This five-week course starts on Monday July 12th and costs £40.
A one class pass costs £10.
Each week we practice -
1. Going deeper towards the splits
2. Transitioning from a lunge into side plank/ Vasisthasana
3. Building upper body / core strength
4. Crow/Bakasana & variations
5. Learn smooth transitions into standing balances - Warrior/Virabadhrasana & Eagle/Garudasana
