A gentle 75-minute after work class designed to release stress with stretches, strengthening and gentle movements. Suitable for beginners. Includes a range of techniques including mantra, mudra, visualisation & classical yoga moves. You can buy this class with a five class block beginning on 28th JANUARY. Alternatively drop in with a ONE CLASS PASS for a fee of £10.
