Emma Leaf
Emma brings over 16 years of teaching experience and 28 years of personal practice in Yoga and Meditation. She is fully trained and certified with Sun Power Yoga (200hrs) and Rasa Yoga (500hrs), with additional certifications in Yoga Nidra, Womb Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Sound Healing, and has been a Reiki Master Teacher since 2002. Emma’s teaching style is rooted in traditional Hatha and Himalayan Yoga principles, blending embodied movement sequences with a breath-centered approach. She emphasizes full-body awareness and alignment to encourage a deeper connection to self. Her classes are designed to uplift, connect, and inspire, incorporating: Breathwork (Pranayama): A powerful tool to reduce stress and balance the nervous system. Yoga Flows: Sequences that build core strength, flexibility, awareness, and adaptability. Meditation: Offering a peaceful space to recharge, ground, and restore balance. Emma's approach invites you to deepen your practice and experience a sense of connection, calm, and vitality in every class.

Description

Using props like bolsters and blankets to support the body on Restorative poses, this class will promote relaxation and a somatic embodied experience. This practice can provide passive healing as it supports the nervous system and helps to release habitual tension in the body and mind, offering many benefits like stress relief, calming the nervous system and helping the body and mind to rest and restore. Suitable for everyone we know you will love this class.
