Hannah Taylor
After practicing yoga for a lot of years, exploring many different styles, my teaching always comes back to yoga as moving meditation, using breath and intention to guide us inwards towards peace.
I love weaving pranayama into practice too guide us to rest, giving space to slow down, replenish, and find stillness.
Inspired by the outdoors and the rhythms of nature, I encourage students to connect not only with themselves but also with others and the world around them. My classes are about presence, community, and creating a supportive environment where everyone can explore what feels right in their body.
