After practicing yoga for a lot of years, exploring many different styles, my teaching always comes back to yoga as moving meditation, using breath and intention to guide us inwards towards peace. I love weaving pranayama into practice too guide us to rest, giving space to slow down, replenish, and find stillness. Inspired by the outdoors and the rhythms of nature, I encourage students to connect not only with themselves but also with others and the world around them. My classes are about presence, community, and creating a supportive environment where everyone can explore what feels right in their body.

Description

Flowing and fluid yoga practice that moves with the breath. Often includes mobility, balancing and strength based practice, mindfulness and pranayama. For improvers through to experienced students. The practice involves creative sequencing that starts off with a sequence and builds using repetition to develop confidence and muscle memory.
