Cal Akara
Hey I'm Cal, I'm a certified hatha yoga teacher from Calverley. I've spent the last 3 years immersed in yoga practice and study in India and across Asia, acquiring specialism in the area of breath, prana & the human energy system. My understanding is that through practicing in alignment with traditional yoga principles, we can learn to calm our nervous systems, balance our energy and still our mind. As a result, creating the foundations for overcoming our personal challenges and becoming the powerful creative beings we are all meant to be. I offer traditional hatha yoga classes and unique creativity workshops, both in group & 1-1 setting. You can find out more on my website www.yogaforcreativity.com
