Description
This is a special bi-monthly class just for the guys! It is ideal for any guys who've been wanting to try yoga but have been worried they might be the only man in the class! Fear not this one's just for the fellas.
The session is ideal for Beginners and Improvers and will focus on breathing, flow movement and postures to increase energy, strength and flexibility and finish with a short relaxation.
Typically this class will run on the 2nd & 4th week of each month.
