Description
This is a specialised class originally aimed for Walking Footballers to aid their game & prevent injury, but is now open to all men who play sport or who simply want to improve their health & well being through Yoga.
Each session consists of flowing and holding postures to increase strength, flexibility & balance and breathing exercises to aid relaxation and increase energy flow.
