The Winter Solstice can be related to the menstrual cycle's winter, or menstruation phase. This is a time for rest, reflection, and inner work, mirroring the dormancy of winter in nature. It's a time to honor the cyclical nature of life and connect with the body's wisdom.
Ayurvedic Dosha: Vata balancing Themes: Release, intuition, deep rest
* Focus: Deep restoration, letting go, connecting with inner wisdom
* Yoga: Restorative/Yin yoga, Sound Bath healing the amazing Melanie from integratedhealingwithmelanie.
* Pranayama: Chandra Bhedana (left nostril), humming bee breath
* Ayurveda Tips: Abhyanga (oil massage), grounding meals, simplicity
* Reflection: What is ready to be released or surrendered?
