✨ Hatha Vinyasa Flow with Cara
Join me for a grounding yet energizing practice that weaves together the mindful steadiness of Hatha yoga with the fluid, breath-led sequences of Vinyasa. We’ll begin by slowing down, arriving fully in the body through centering breathwork and gentle warm-ups. From there, we’ll flow through creative sequences that balance strength and softness—linking postures with breath to cultivate presence, ease, and vitality.

Expect moments of stillness to deepen awareness, playful transitions to spark curiosity, and guided alignment cues to support your practice safely at any level. Each class closes with nourishing stretches and a restful savasana to integrate body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you’re newer to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and uplifting environment. 🌿 We sometimes go for coffee, sauna & swim if you have time to join!
