Mixed Level Hatha Yoga - 75 mins
16 October 2026 •
9:30 am - 10:45 am
Grove Methodist Church Hall, Main Street, Grove OX12 7JY
Description
Each class begins with a gentle warm-up to awaken and mobilize the body, followed by a harmonious blend of sun salutations, flowing sequences, and a variety of standing, seated, lying, and inverted poses. Incorporating somatic movement and longer-held postures, the practice supports full-body relaxation, enhances balance, and encourages a complete exploration of your body’s range of motion.
This class is open to all levels, including beginners—no prior yoga experience is needed. Come along and explore the practice at your own pace, guided by thoughtful movement and breath.
Class dates: 4 September - 24 October (8 weeks)
Please note: Your place is only reserved once payment is received. Sorry, no refunds for missed classes, but there is the option to join another class within the same block instead, where space allows.
