Description

Whether you're an early bird, a night owl, or a permanently exhausted pigeon this morning class is the perfect way to set you up for a great day! Perhaps before you start your day of work or simply a chance to dedicate some time for yourself. Every body is welcome including beginners; if you are new to yoga why not come along and give it a go!

A regular yoga practice can:
- improve sleep efficiency
- ease tight or sore muscles
- reduce joint pain
- reduce stress and calm the mind
- improve focus and balance
- create a deeper awareness and connection to your body
- shift perspective on rest and relaxation and understand its value on your physical and mental wellbeing.

Mats are available or you can bring your own mats and props with you.
