Description
Take some time for YOU this Monday evening for a Vinyasa yoga flow. This yoga class will allow you to connect your mind, body, soul and breath, create some calm and have a good old stretch. Every body is welcome at these classes - suitable for all levels, including beginners.
A regular yoga practice can:

- ease tight or sore muscles
- reduce joint pain
- reduce stress and calm the mind
