Description

Yin is a beautifully restorative form of yoga, aiding deep rest and relaxation.

A regular yin yoga practice can:
- reduce stress and calm the mind and nervous system
- improve sleep efficiency
- shift your perspective on rest and relaxation and understand its value on your physical and mental wellbeing
- create a deeper awareness and connection to your body
- improve flexibility and ease tight or sore muscles
- improve joint health
- increase circulation
- cultivate emotional release in a safe capacity

Mats are available but please bring a blanket and pillow or bolster and any other props to help you relax deeper into the postures and stay warm and cosy! Any questions before attending, please ask me!
