Please let me know if you are a beginner in the notes section when you register. You can also let me know of any injuries or conditions I should be aware of in this section.

Please arrive on time for 7.15pm. There are toilets in the hall.

There is a water cooler on the ground floor.

There is a car park at the front door and on street parking in surrounding streets.

Please bring your own mat (essential) and a blanket/blocks if you have them. Class will start promptly at 7.15pm.
