A dynamic and playful yoga style based on Ashtanga, but with more freedom, creativity, and accessibility. It links breath with continuous movement, mixes in strength, flexibility, and inversions (with options for arm balances/handstands if you want to go there!) and encourages you to modify and explore rather than follow a strict sequence.

This class is mindful flowing class with a sequence built around sun salutations, warrior poses and balancing postures with focus on connecting your breath to the movement.
