This workshop is open to all those who have experienced TRE.

We will be diving deeper into the Ventral Vagal network of HOME.

How healing requires the conscious presence of HOME, how TRE can assist us in this journey of staying present to what is. Rediscovering how it is to feel at HOME in ourselves.
While our body remembers shaking medicine.
