Treat yourself to a truly enchanting and transformative experience to prepare for the mystical glow of the Blue Moon.
Coming together to immerse ourselves in a special afternoon of Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra to set intentions, release negative energy, and manifest abundance in the power of the Supermoon.
A Blue Moon is a rare occurrence when we are blessed with two full moons in a single month. The cosmic energy during this time amplifies our spiritual practices and intention-setting abilities, making it a perfect moment to align with the universe and our inner selves.
Arriving at the sanctuary, you will be welcomed with a special, custom blended, organic tea (lovingly curated for this event) to enjoy as you settle in to your nest.
During your practice, you’ll be guided through a harmonious blend of gentle and passive Yin Yoga postures to release tension and find deep relaxation within the body + mind.
Yoga Nidra, known as a state of conscious deep sleep, will guide you into your subconscious mind, where you can plant the seeds of intention and manifest your heartfelt desires.
To conclude our bliss session, enjoy our second custom blended, organic tea and delicious raw treats as we create a little time and space for journalling, sharing, chats.
All props are provided and you are welcome to bring your own as well (a cosy blanket or a cushion). Most importantly, please bring an open heart and an open mind, as we come together to embrace the magic of the Blue Moon.
