Any holidays please inform Ellie WHEN PURCHASING the block to amend if needed although there is an extra one week already added to your time period to accommodate. If you need more this can be done when booking.
Single class - Purchase and book in on your date

Yogabellies for pregnancy is for anyone who is pregnant. Whether you have been on a yoga mat before or it is your first time that is okay. For those new to yoga this is a great time to start as you will reap the benefits of a more flexible and stronger body in pregnancy. For the more experienced yogis it is time to slow down (whatever the trimester!) and now yoga for two.
Yogabellies for pregnancy sessions are unique, revolutionary prenatal yoga classes for pregnant women using traditional yoga postures adapted for the growing body. The postures are beneficial for the common ailments associated with pregnancy. This is an exclusive Yogabellies mum and baby post natal class. Baby massage incorporates simple stretches and massage techniques for baby to help reduce any minor common ailments such as colic, reflux and teething. Baby massage smooths the transition from womb to the world and develops their first language - touch. It teaches positive loving touch and develops a feeling of being loved, respected and secure. And best of all baby massage also helps baby relax and aids in better sleep (yay!)
You will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques which help to increase energy levels and allow you to relax while with baby. And there are some yogic stretches for mums new body as it adjusts too.
At Yogabellies baby massage we focus on the connection and bond between mum and baby. And it's not only babies who benefit from infant massage. Studies have also shown that massaging your baby can be therapeutic for mum too. Win win! The perfect class for both mum and her new baby.
Come join this 5 week course learning a new body part each week (and a re cap of the other body parts just in case you were busy feeding or changing baby!) This class is suitable for newborn babies all the way up until crawling.
Baby massage full course:

While most post natal classes either focus solely on mum (with baby stuck in their buggy) or offer baby activities alone (with no physical benefits for mum), Yogabellies for mum & baby combine BOTH postnatal and baby yoga, to ensure both mum and baby leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed.

There is parking on the road outside the church. Arrive 5 minutes early to settle with baby. Bring a yoga mat and a blanket for baby to lay on. Wear comfy clothes for both mum and baby. You can feed and change baby on your mat. It is a very go with the flow class!

*Class information*
Luna Hatha flow is for everyone. Beginners (newbies you will learn the flow and deepen your practice in time) to intermediate and the more advanced. The more you yoga the more you get out of your practice and will flow on the mat.
Here we follow the lunar cycle and yoga to the moon. There are energetic sun and mellow moon salutations, deep stretches and a bit of balance for fun. At Yogabellies with Ellie we enjoy our time on the mat, there is no competition so do not worry how good your down dog is but enjoy getting in and out of the postures. Adrienne is here to assist you if needed and to help adjust you to align and perfect for those who wish.
Every class you will breath to relax, calm and focus. You will yoga to an awesome soundtrack and you will finish with a guided relaxation to mentally let go.

Classes are held weekly in Newlands South Church, 37 Riverside Road Shawlands, G43 2EG. There is street parking around the church.

Here we follow the lunar cycle and yoga to the moon. There are energetic sun and mellow moon salutations, deep stretches and a bit of balance for fun. At Yogabellies with Ellie we enjoy our time on the mat, there is no competition so do not worry how good your down dog is but enjoy getting in and out of the postures. Adrienne is here to assist you if needed and to help adjust you to align and perfect for those who wish.
Every class you will breath to relax, calm and focus. You will yoga to an awesome soundtrack and you will finish with a guided relaxation to mentally let go.
*What to do and what to bring*
Classes are held weekly in Newlands South Church, 37 Riverside Road Shawlands, G43 2EG. There is street parking around the church.
Come to the Munn Hall. Bring a yoga mat, strap (a head scarf or tie will do!), a cover for relaxation and a passion for yoga!
Please note when your journey ends you will be reminded by momoyoga. It is your responsibility to book and another block and use your credits to book classes. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
