We will finish with a Yoga Nidra also known as yogic sleep which allows you to enter a state of complete relaxation. A lovely class after a busy day, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Great for anyone who wants to learn to relax deeply. No previous yoga experience required. ✨
