Expect a flowing class that builds strength, mobility, balance and presence, while leaving space for curiosity, exploration and joy. Each class is thoughtfully guided and adapted to the energy of the group, with options for different levels and experiences.

Suitable for both experienced practitioners and yogis with some knowledge.
