Mjuka yinpass med totalt fokus på Yin. Vi kombinerar med skön avslappning/ guidade meditationer och ibland med sound i form av vibrationer & frekvenser med gongar, skålar och röst.
Vi väver även in manuella fasciamanövrar och specifika vagusnerv releaseövningar.
I yinyogan stannar vi längre i positionerna än i traditionell yoga, utifrån dagsform & kroppens förmåga kan det vara allt mellan tre till fem minuter.

I yinyogan stretchar vi inte, vi drar inte och vi vill undvika att hålla kroppen i ytterlägen. Vi slappnar av och låter kroppen vara och kommer på så sätt mycket djupare (så kallad passiv stretch). Yinyoga är ett utmärkt komplement till annan fysisk aktivitet såsom löpning, styrketräning och andra mer dynamiska yogastilar. Yinyoga passar alla människor och kroppar. Den är dock särskilt effektiv för stela och orörliga personer. Den har visat sig kunna hjälpa att lindra/mjuka upp ryggvärk, knä och/eller nackproblem och framför allt lugna en stressad och snabb livsstil med mycket prestation. Här lämnar vi all form av prestation utanför mattan.

In my yinyoga classes you are invited into stillness. A soft and empathetic practice where we allow the body to become grounded and the breath to deepen. By slowing down the pace we create space for recovery, presence, and new energy.

I also integrate soft, flowing movements before we land in stillness and stay in the positions for a few minutes — a combination of deep peace and gentle flows that support the body’s natural purification and recovery. Here we work with both the fascia and the lymphatic system to cultivate more energy without losing stillness.

We practice gently, without forcing, and allow the positions to take effect over time. Special attention is given to the hips and lower back — areas that often carry both physical and emotional tension. There is no goal to “go deeper”, what matters is how it feels, not how it looks. As the connective tissue softens energy can flow more freely.

The class is suitable for those who wish to meet themselves at a calm pace, deepen their presence, and replenish their energy. Yin is a counterbalance to the pace and demands of everyday life — a moment to simply be, just as you are.
