This class is led through a specially designed balanced sequence on cross-mat and conducted in a small group (7persons max). Through the class, every participant could receive individual guidance for their own practice.

Physically the practice will work perfectly balanced throughout the whole body. All the joints and muscles from the legs, arms, and spines are exercised in a balanced way. Through physical balanced practice, the goal is to target one’s internal awareness, improving mind presence and perception and leading practitioners to deep internal concentration. The use of cross-mat is not only for fun, but more to make sequence possible to be multi-directionally constructed.
Mandala is a structural representation of the astral world. In Tibetan tradition, a mandala is a visual and three-dimensional complex made to be regarded as an offering from a disciple to a teacher. It can be made in many forms and will be destroyed once it is completed to practice the Buddha’s teaching of emptiness. Mandala is a method of practice in yoga to structure sequence balanced in space. The space direction has impacts on our brain and nervous system and a balanced structured sequence from space can enhance the balanced sense for practitioners, which helps them likely experience a deep sense of peace and serenity after the practice.
People who regularly follow this balanced practice will expect not only obviously improve the agility of the physical body, but also the stability of the mind, therefore gaining more peace and happiness from daily life.
