In this flow, you will move through a series of poses aimed to create space in your body while also generating some heat. Although the class can be challenging, props and modifications will be integrated throughout the class.
This style of yoga is a combination of 3 traditions: Jivamukti, Ashtanga, and Hatha.
Poses are typically held 3-5 breaths.
This is followed by a sequence that will wind you down, and a meditation that will prepare you for savasana.
