Join me for this live class from the comfort of home, where you will be taken on a journey through practices that support a deep restful sleep. Society today is chronically exhausted with endless realm of over-doing and an endless "always on" existence. This can have detrimental effects on our health and emotional wellbeing.

HOW THIS WORKSHOP WILL HELP YOU ..
* Learn about your sleep habits and the science and how making small changes can have a profound difference on the quality of your sleep and overall health. Explore tips and simple practices that have helped many with better quality sleep. But first getting to know your sleep patterns is the first step to a better sleep ...

* I will take you through some very gentle movement through sleepy yoga and somatic inspired gentle movement that will help release any deep tension in the body (that you may not even be aware of) and why this is important ..

* Simple meditation practice and techniques to help calm the nervous system and breathing, a lovely self-care ritual, deep rest yoga nidra tailored for deep sleep by me for you!

* I will include some more little restful golden nuggets to help you arrive to your pillow more relaxed and ready for sleepy dreams.

THIS CLASS IS HELD LIVE ONLINE.
You can even enjoy your deep guided Yoga Nidra practice from the comfort of your own bed!

CLASS RECORDING:
You will have access to this recording for 21 days to enjoy as many times are you wish to support your sleep.


You are welcome to invite any family members in your home to join you in your streamed live class!

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
* A yoga mat.
* A small blanket
* A large blanket, cushion
* Anything else that will make you more comfortable.
* Wear comfortable clothing and layer up for the guided relaxation at the end of class.
*Feel free to snuggle up on your bed for the guided deep rest nidra.

FOR YOUR ONLINE CLASS:
* Make sure you fully charged your device. Give yourself time to check internet connections prior to class to make sure that all is working ok.
* Please ensure that your settings are muted during the class!
* Class will be open 15 mins prior to start time if you wish to check in and say hello! If you wish, light a candle and make your space as comfortable as possible. Maybe play some gentle back round music from another device if you wish.
