Through this 4 week course, join me live every week to connect with yourself and others in this brand new bespoke course that is designed for YOU!
I understand that caring for others needs can take priority. This can be a challenge to take care of our own needs.
But this weekly class will offer you a supportive space for connection to a community and practices to replenish body, heart and Soul. These classes are a fantastic way to still prioritise your own wellbeing if you find it a challenge to attend regular in-person classes or community.
These classes are held weekly online and a recording will be offered for 7 days for you to enjoy if you cannot attend with us live online.
Students are very welcome to attend all of the live class or part of on any given week. You can enjoy the replay in your own time to catch up or listen and enjoy any part again.
The classes are designed to offer you a space to connect with a like minded community while facilitating you a space to deeply resource yourself to bring once again a lightness in heart, mind and spirit.
