Explore this sacred practice of Yoga Nidra where you are invited into stillness and peace that resides within. This is a practice of deep surrender, acceptance and a beautiful rest. The bodymind drops restful awareness while experiencing stillness and peace that so many of us yearn for in our daily lives.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Lying out comfortable on a blanket or mat or your bed if you prefer.
A warm blanket to cover you.
A support for under the back of knees if needed. A cushion or pillow to rest the soles of your feet against for extra sensory support.
Comfortable support for your head.
Eye mask or something very gentle to cover the eyes if you like.
May be helpful to use good quality earphones also.

Suitable for everyone. Please adapt your lying down position to meet your own level of comfort. Feel free to sit also or to semi recline on a couch or bed.
