A yoga shred inspired class that combines yoga and HIIT training!
This is a fun and intensive class, focusing on strengthening and activating the fast twitch muscle fibers, which lift, tones, strengthens and tightens your body. This is great for your cardio health and to burn calories and fat.
HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training. We warm up with yoga, classic sun salutations and a short vinyasa before we go into to the HIIT session. We are doing two different yoga inspired HIIT exercises, each exercise takes about 4 minutes, with 8 rounds á 20 sec activity and 10 sec pause in between.
After the HIIT we cool down with yoga and end the class with a lovely relaxation.
You will get your heart rate and sweat up in this class.
The class is suitable for both beginners and intermeditates.
This class will focus on twists for detoxing as well as abs, legs and glutes.
