Welcome to a Full Moon Yoga Get Together at Haugsvegen 67!

This is a 90 minute class, where we start off a little stronger with Lindsay and then ends class with calming yin yoga and a yoga nidra practice with Tine.

The class is suitable for all levels.

Afterwards we invite you to hang out with us for a chat, hot cup of tea and a snack - we are so looking forward to this!
