This class is designed to help you release tension and move more freely in your body.
A great option if you feel stiff, tight, or simply need a softer, more nourishing practice.
The focus is on **mobility and gentle movement**, with special attention to areas where we commonly hold tension—**shoulders, neck, back, and hips**. Through slow, controlled movements and mindful stretching, we support circulation, joint health, and ease in the body.
This is not a passive stretching class, but a **functional, accessible practice** with plenty of options, making it suitable for **all levels**, including beginners and active bodies.
Recovery Yoga is ideal as a standalone class or as a way to experience Yoga Hemsedal before joining a course.
