Vinyasa Yoga is a **dynamic, breath-led practice** where movement flows smoothly from one pose to the next. This class builds **strength, mobility, and stability**, while inviting focus and presence through continuous movement.
You’ll move through creative sequences that challenge the body in a balanced way, with options and variations offered throughout so you can adjust the intensity to suit your level and energy.
The practice has a steady rhythm and can feel both **energising and grounding**—often described as a moving meditation. We finish with a short relaxation to allow the body to settle and integrate the practice.
Suitable for **open level practitioners**, especially those who enjoy a more active class or are curious to explore flow-based yoga.
