A Yin class focusing on deep stretching and breathing.
The class has a slow tempo, and we do fewer poses that we hold for up to 5 minutes to reach deeper into the body and mind. A great class to release tension and stress.

Suitable for all levels.

The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.
