Start your day by moving, breathing, and gently waking up your body.
This morning class is designed to ease you out of stiffness, create space in the body, and set a calm, focused tone for the rest of your day. The practice includes mindful movement, light strengthening, mobility work, and gentle stretching — all guided by the breath.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
The class takes place with a minimum of 3 participants.
