This six-week course is designed for teenagers ages 14-19 who want to improve mobility, prevent injury, build balanced strength, and develop tools to stay calm and focused under pressure. Whether you’re an athlete, active in hobbies, or simply curious about yoga, this program supports both physical well-being and emotional resilience.
Through targeted stretching, functional strength work, and simple breathing techniques, you will learn how to:
- Increase flexibility and healthy range of motion
- Build strength that supports all activities, from sports to daily life
- Reduce the risk of strain and overuse injuries
- Steady nerves before competitions, exams, and high-pressure moments
- Recover more efficiently between training sessions or busy days
