Description

A slow, grounding class where we work with longer-held stretches and conscious breathing to release tension — both physically and mentally.

We move at a calm pace, spending time in fewer poses (held up to 5 minutes), allowing the body to open gradually and the nervous system to settle. This is where you go deeper — not by effort, but by letting go.

Perfect if you feel tight, overstimulated, or simply need a pause.

You’ll leave feeling softer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more at ease.

Suitable for all levels.

The class runs with a minimum of 3 participants.
If cancelled, you will be notified by email at least 1 hour before start time.
