Description

A yoga class for teenagers ages 14–19 who want to improve mobility, build balanced strength and learn tools to stay calm and focused under pressure.

The class combines dynamic movement, stretching, functional strength and simple breathing techniques to support both physical and mental well-being.

Yoga can help teens:

Improve flexibility and body awareness
Build strength that supports sports and everyday activities
Reduce tension and risk of injury
Recover better after training and busy days
Feel calmer and more focused before competitions, performances and exams
