Slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself through a grounded Hatha Yoga practice that combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.
This class focuses on creating balance in both body and mind through steady yoga postures, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness. We also practice the classic Sun Salutation — a flowing sequence that gently warms the body, builds strength and mobility, and connects movement with breath.
The pace is slower and more intentional, giving you time to truly connect with each movement and your breath. Each class may include stretching, balance work, relaxation, and guided meditation to help you release tension and feel more present in everyday life.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to join — just come as you are.
