This class is designed to wake up the body and joints, build strength at a slow pace with about 30 minutes of deep stretching & relaxation at the end. Suitable for all levels.

60 min rolig yoga med fokus på pust og mindfulness. Enkle øvelser for å frigjøre stress og spenninger i kropp og sinn og en guidet avspenning til slutt. Etter timen vil du føle deg avslappet og ha fornyet energi til resten av dagen. Timen passer alle nivå.

This class is all about embracing stillness and comfort to combat stress and invite relaxation into the body and mind. The class ends with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own blanket, small towel and props if you have.

Saturday mornings have a new twist! 60 mins of easy going feel good yoga followed by a delicious brunch at beautuful Fyri.
