If you feel scattered in your mind and sometimes out of balance, either physical or mentally, this is a great opportunity to reconnect with yourself and to feel more grounded and less stressed, returning back to the here and now.

This class is suitable for all levels, with a slow tempo and mindful movements and breathing.

This class is all about embracing stillness and comfort to combat stress and invite relaxation into the body and mind.

We stay in comfortable positions for several minutes, using props and blankets to support the body. This way the body can more easily completely relax and find stillness.

The class ends with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own blanket, small towel and props if you have.
