This is a classic Yin class focusing on deep stretching ad breathing. We hold poses for up to 5 minutes to reach deeper into the body and mind. Suitable for all levels.

Gjennom kurset lærer du ulike øvelser for å både styrke kroppen og lettere kunne gi slipp på spenninger, både i kropp og sinn.

Du lærer også ulike puste- og avspenningsteknikker som er nyttige gjennom graviditet og fødsel samt øvelser/stillinger som kan brukes under fødsel.

Alle øvelsene er tilpasset deg som er gravid, og vi tilpasser også underveis i timen ved behov (f.eks. ved ryggsmerter, lite energi o.l.).

Timene vil undervises på engelsk og norsk.

Power yoga is a class where you will get the opportunity to challenge yourself. You will build strength, break a sweat and be sore the next day! Some yoga experience is beneficial when you join this class.

Join this class and give your tense areas a little extra release.
This class focus on releasing tension in typical stressed areas such as shoulder, neck, back and hips.

In this class you get a little bit of everything yoga has to offer.

We start by connecting with the body and breath, then doing classic sun salutation or a variation to warm up, different poses one by one to strengthen, stretch and mobilize, and ending with a relaxation. There are small pauses in between and time to explore the asanas/poses. A great class for beginners, and for intermediate yogis to touch base.

This class is all about embracing stillness and comfort to combat stress and invite relaxation into the body and mind. The class ends with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. This class is suitable for all levels. Please bring your own blanket, small towel and props if you have.
