Sometimes we just need a dedicated space to find time for stillness, even just for a moment. With this short 20-minute time slot, pop in, check-in, and be guided through a simple practice of 10 - 15 minutes of mindful awareness.
Science has shown that even just a brief moment of mindfulness practice induces gray matter in the brain, which is associated with self-awareness, emotion, cognition, and ageing. With just 3 minutes of practice, by allowing your system to reset, it's been shown to decrease stress, enhance emotional regulation, and improve sleep.
