You are invited to experience a BAST method of soundbathing with Laura Klovaite, and gentle vinyasa leading to yin with Lucy Krizan.

This session will invite you to go deeply inside along with your breath Through the very graceful and intentional sequence of Vinyasa Yoga which will Prepare the body & mind for the transition towards the serenity explored in the grounded sequence of Yin Yoga.
You will have a chance to Become the silent watcher of your thoughts and behaviour as you dive yourself into the stillness beneath the mental noise. beneath the pain there will be just a love and joy.

Entering Savasana, you'll be laying down while the vibrations and sounds of the gong and therapeutic percussion will work on all levels of your being. No effort required, just close your eyes and fall into deep relaxation.

The BAST method of soundbathing has been specifically designed to give the mind and body a rest. A regular soundbath can be really beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, muscle tension, pain and therefore alleviate many stress and tension related health conditions.

Studies have shown that during/after a soundbath it’s possible to experience:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Soundbaths are not suitable for anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time.
