Join us for this gathering to explore the waking trance, with live sound scapes created by Synthy Joe and friends (AKA Slow Motion Retrograde). The evening will begin with some body based practices and evolve inwards and outwards, as eyes soften, mind softens, and as mind softens, breath softens and then heart… Or the whole thing might happen in reverse. Either way, the same destination.
