August 8, 2025 •
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Heathcote & Star, 344 Grove Green Road
Carla Ianniello
Description
As the Sturgeon Moon rises, we gather to honour her silver glow, reflecting on the depths beneath and the light above. This evening is an invitation to soften into your body, connect with community, and realign with the cyclical wisdom of nature.
🕊️ What to expect:
✨ Gentle yoga flow for all levels
✨ Guided meditation and breathwork
✨ Reflective sharing circle
✨ Live or curated moonlit music journey
✨ Nourishing offering to close the evening
This gathering welcomes you exactly as you are – no experience is needed, only your presence and openness.
Instructions
✨ All levels welcome
🌿 Dress in white and comfortable clothing.
White symbolizes purity, presence, and openness—a blank canvas to receive the light of the evening. Choose soft, breathable layers that allow you to move and rest with ease.
🌿 Please bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.
Mats will be provided, but if you wish to bring your own, you are welcome. You may also bring a blanket, cushion, or anything else that helps you feel cosy during stillness.
🌿 Bring a personal object that holds meaning for you.
Something small that connects you to your essence, your memories, or your heart. This will accompany you during the practice and serve as a quiet anchor for your inner journey.
🌿 Arrive a few minutes early.
We will begin promptly at 7 PM. Arriving with time to settle (doors open at 6.45 PM) will allow you to enter the space gently and without rush.
🌿 Bring an open heart.
This is a time for nourishment, connection, and softening. Come as you are—there is nothing to perform, only to feel and to be.
