Brigitta uses traditional Hungarian massage techniques, and combines it with tools, like the crystal guasha, face cupping and her manual extractions (her speciality) to sculpt, clear and naturally enhance your skin.

Join us for tonight’s Full Moon Eclipse, spontaneous happening, gathering in Epping Forest. Moonrise Yoga in the forest clearing, Gold Attunement, Dark Attunement - Shadow Walk and Live Music.
Joining us this evening_ Brigitta Lark / Andrea Nature’s Rhythm / Andrea Astrazione & Tarin
We will gather at Knighton’s Wood, Epping Forest, in the central clearing for moonrise yoga at 7pm, and then let the evenings take form with live hand pan, a gold attunement to the colour of the moon, and the the dark attunement as the moon is eclipsed at 9pm to become a blood moon. And then we will shadow walk into the forest to let our attuned senses commune with nature’s gifts and whatever we find.
This is an unusual nature connection based session - expect dark forest.
Bring a yoga mat, something to wet your lips and some simple nourishment, nuts or dried fruits to share.
