A REFLECTIVE FLOW
Using postures to put yourself into an open and reflective state where the rational thinking mind steps back for a while and your body takes over, to allow space for new aspects of self to shine through.
A smooth practice, with a long slow build up into more powerful postures, to bring confidence into body and mind. You can expect rhythmic and expressive movements for opening the body and playful ways through your vinyasa to get you feeling good, and just enough heat to give you a little afterglow.
And you're invited to stay on for ArtWorks East

- Workshops - Dramatherapy, Chakra Crystal Balancing, Enneagram, Breathing coaching
(each workshop £5)
- Treatments - Reiki, Crystal Healing, Tarot reading, Flower cleansing rituals (bring your bunch for flowers) Aura photo and reading, Haircut and feel better.
(each treatment depends to cost on the therapist)
Products - Ayurvedic Fertility, Herbs and nutrition, Sorrell juice, the best incense in the world and Kashmir from India.
