Grace of Vinyasa Cancelled
Description
The beginning of the class will allow you to create a space for reconnection with your inner Self through opening meditation and pranayama(breath extension), which should remain as a part of your practice for the rest of the session.
Towards the end you can expect
grounding sequence in order to slow down the breath and reflect on your experience on the mat.
This session is truly for everyone, regardless the genders, ages and abilities.
Slow and graceful pace of the class will help you to learn how to listen to your body and gain the strength, not just physically, but mentally at the first place.
Often using of the yoga props along with many adjustments tor
the poses are welcoming everyone to explore the silence inside, even if it seems to be very challenging sometimes. Same like a life itself.
This Yoga practice is about quieting of the fluctuations of the mind and creating a relationship with our mind, rather than being constantly in a separation and uncontrollable fight inside. Through the conscious and mindful movements along with a breath, you will be guided to stay present and take most of the experience off the mat into your daily life.

Description
During this session we ask ourselves "what would I be like if I had never sat in a chair or been able to get my food from walking around a busy supermarket. What would my body feel like if I had to run, climb and move just to survive".
This session is a discovery session, with yoga as the key vehicle. Balance, strength in posture and finding new movement patterns.
Special Notes: Set around vinyasa, expect some workshop moments and non-yogic movements.
You may sweat.

YOGA / COMMUNITY / MOVEMENT / DISCOVERY
Yoga in the Stars is a project by The Metahealth Movement, a not-for-profit working towards elevated health.
We are thrilled to announce that £9,943 has been donated to Yoga in the Stars by The National Lottery Community Fund for a special new project The Yoga-Social!
The project is to create a space for people to come together around health and well-being. A free space to practice yoga, breathwork, movement, dance, tai chi and talk about health, food and lifestyle. Use the studio equipment and space in an open, inclusive and fun way. Expect spontaneous workshops and sessions, as well as a dedicated self-practice space, and we hope to invite other local yoga teachers to host sessions and workshops throughout the year to help grow and enrich the community.
Reach out to us with ideas.
Yoga really is for everyone, it’s a personal thing, and is a lifestyle choice that goes way beyond the mat and into every aspect of life, and we hope that this grant helps you to explore what this can mean for you as we discover together.
#NationalLottery and the National Lottery players, thank you!

Gravity Yoga with Sonia
Description
Poses are practised completely relaxed, passively, so gravity does most of the work. Gravity yoga focuses on opening up the hips, hamstrings and back, where eventually the whole body will open up overtime as everything is connected.
When you come to gravity yoga classes expect strong classes, challenging poses. The method is slow, with long hold postures taught in an effective and progressive way for each student to feel and deepen the stretch.
The classes are structured in a way that students can modify each posture to their physical needs, the aim is to find the stretch and relax as much as possible into each posture.
In gravity yoga we combine long hold postures with 4:8 breathing, an essential breathing technique that activate the parasympathetic nervous system and switch off the stretch and reflex response in the muscles, that usually naturally happens when we stretch the body, allowing the body to relax, open up deeper in a faster and more effective way, leaving a long lasting effect in the body and feeling a calmer mind.

ENERGY SENSITIVITY TRAINING
Discover how to feel your aura. I have been exploring these methods for decades. I love seeing students faces light up the first time they experience this.
Following on from the Energy Sensitivity Training:
CONNECTING WITH ANGELS
We will be connecting with the Angelic Hierarchies to assist us in our spiritual development. This is very uplifting and highly recommended. Release stresses, removes emotional baggage. The POWERFUL RADIANT ANGELIC ENERGIES are a joy to behold. A life changing session.
BLESSING MOTHER EARTH GROUP MEDITATION
Dual Hearts Meditation (DHM) is a very powerful ancient technique revived by Master Choa Kok Sui as part of modern Pranic Healing. DHM clears and highly activates your Crown and Heart chakras. By blessing the Earth you also benefit from the good karma you create with this service.
By joining us in this special meditation you benefit in many ways including:
* Energising and highly activating two powerful energy centres - your Heart and Crown
* Helping raise the energies of the world and assisting in our collective upliftment and evolution
* Gaining more good karma
* Clearing blocks in your energy systems for greater ease and flow.
This meditation is delightful to experience and raises your vibration to a very high level. You will likely find yourself nicely energised from this meditation.
Finishing with:
DEEP SAVASANA RELAXATION WITH A PRANIC ENERGY HEALING SESSION
Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing (PH) is a non-touch energy healing modality. PH works on the aura and chakras (energy centres) of your subtle bodies - on the mental, emotional & spiritual levels, which in turn benefits your physical body. You may experience feeling lighter and cleaner/fresher after receiving a PH treatment session.
Relax deeply as your energy body is cleansed and refreshed with Pranic Healing.
These sessions are free, although we welcome donations according to your means. 100% of donations go to a local good cause.
By making a donation you’ll be gaining more good karma and helping a local good cause (The Hornbeam Cafe - local food bank).

Candle Lit Yang & Yindalini with Yoga Nidra Cancelled
Description
Yoga Nidra is a pure tantric experience. This can be described as a guided meditation leading into a liminal altered state of consciousness. Yoga Nidra means conscious yogic sleep that promotes extreme relaxation and healing through traversing altered states of consciousness from our waking beta-wave brain state through to delta. This practice helps to minimize tension, inspire creativity, relax the body and mind, promote physical and emotional recovery as well as instil a feeling of deep harmony and peace within. In Yoga Nidra lucid sleeping is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness, whilst planting seeds of your heartfelt desires into the brain's most fertile state. Scientific research states that a 30-minute practice of Yoga Nidra can equal 4 hours of deep sleep in its restorative effect on the nervous system. It is also an excellent tool to speed up recovery and is very helpful in coping with stress. It has been scientifically proven to have a significant effect on improving the health of regular practitioners as well as subjects prone to cardiovascular diseases, tumours, stress-related disorders and burnout. Yoga Nidra is a method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
