Join us for our fun and health benefitting 6-week, Tai Chi 24-Step Course – Gentle, relaxed, slow, smooth and consistent like flowing water or floating clouds, Tai Chi instills calmness in both body and mind.

On this course we will learn and practice the foundational steps and techniques of Tai Chi 24-Step Form through a step-by-step introduction to the twenty-four unique movements.

Created and condensed from longer traditional family forms by the Chinese Sports Committee, the 24-step simplified form of Taiji is an introduction to the essential elements of Taijiquan, that retains the traditional flavour of the longer hand forms (for example, 88-108 steps).
