練習式子達至身心得以平靜的同時,著重式子體位的精確性,做對每個動作的位置,例如身體不同部位的方向及水平應如何擺放。老師會細心講解如何能從不同式子、體位鍛鍊肌肉,以及如何避免在練習過程中受傷。鍛鍊好肌肉和改善柔軟度,為日後進階練習做準備。
Alignment yoga means maintaining the intended pose while respecting the body’s boundaries. This course encourages the use of props to assist students within an asana without putting them at risk of injury. Effective alignment enables a safe and structured progression of the poses, along with the opening and balance of the physical and emotional body.
