Hatha Lv2 哈達瑜伽 Lv2
適合想學習進階式子的學員。動作連貫,串成Vinyasa flow,並加入變化動作。「Ha」是指太陽,「tha」是指月亮,所以Hatha一字有陰陽互配調和意思,當中包括動態和靜態的式子。透過一系列剛柔並重的式子,助你提升柔軟度、身體力量和改善姿勢之餘;同時透過呼吸練習達至身心平衡、心境平和。

Hatha Vinyaysa Yoga concentrates on the practice of postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to energize the body and mind. This Hatha Vinyasa class consists of steady and flowing movement from pose to pose in a sequences of movements synchronized with breath, often pausing to hold poses for various lengths of time.
Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice, taking more challenging asanas and sequences than Hatha Lv1.
