Description
空中花式Lv 1.5即intermediate level，適合初階與進階之間的學員。課堂包括空中翻騰及空中花式。課程包括倒轉及伸展等動作，但相對Aerial Yoga 1較著重力量訓練及花式技巧。
備註：不適合患有、高血壓心臟病、青光眼、腎上腺疾病等的人士

This class is designed for students who have taken some classes of aerial level 1 and want to strengthen a little more before moving into Level 2 as well as going deeper into flexibility and get stronger and more confident in your aerial practice. We teach a few aerial tricks which are easy to handle.
